- Yes. New clients receive one complimentary 30-minute introductory class at their selected Oak Pilates studio.
- I've never tried Pilates. Is this for me?
- Absolutely. The intro is designed for beginners. Your instructor will show you the studio, explain the equipment, and guide the full session.
- What should I wear?
- Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothing that lets you move freely. Grip socks are recommended.
- Does Oak have sauna amenities?
- Yes. Oak offers traditional and infrared sauna access so your visit can include recovery time around your workout.
- What happens after I submit?
- The Oak Pilates team will contact you to answer any questions and arrange your introductory class.
